Don't panic, and don't be pressurised into a hasty decision.  Through you can talk confidentially in private to one of our counsellors either by phone or at our centre.  The counsellor will help you to work through your options.  You will be offered complete information and space to think, so that your decision is neither hurried nor based on ignorance.
